Brian’s area of expertise is conducting and personally undertaking challenges of extreme physical endurance. The 34 year old originally from Dublin has 14 years military service including 8 years Physical Training Instructor (PTI) experience and a Health & Fitness qualification from the University of Limerick.
Brian aka ‘Forrest’ is the current national record holder for the most amount of marathons in one year. In 2013 Brian raced 84 official marathons averaging 1 every 4 days. Events in cluded the Connemara Ultra marathon and the 6MB 10in10 which consisted of running 10 marathons in 10 days in sixmilebrigde co clare in July 2013. In 2010 Brian also completed the Mizen Head to Malin Head endurance cycle covering over 760km.

Academic Background: Marie holds a Masters in Work and Organisational Psychology from University College Dublin, as well as a BA in Psychology, BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and a Professional Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from PCI College and is also a Life and Business Coach.
Professional Background: Marie has worked as a work and organisational psychologist for over 10 years. During this period she worked as a Senior Consultant for RSM Tenon, Farrell Grant Sparks and the Great Place to Work Institute providing leadership development coaching and learning support to the Top 100 companies in Ireland in both the public and private sector. She also works as Talent and Development Specialist for Vodafone Ireland providing career guidance and coaching for talent at all levels in organisation from graduate to Director.
Most recently she undertook a Professional Certificate in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and works in a integrative fashion using tools and techniques from the different therapeutic schools depending on the presenting issue. She has a particular interest in positive psychology, stress management and mindfulness.
Fiona is from a business and marketing background, but her passion for health and fitness has led her to coaching and instructing in recent years. In 2013, by fusing both business and fitness passions together, she launched HealthSmart.
Fiona is a hands on business owner, and will be on site at all HealthSmart camps to help you acheive your goals. Since starting coaching Fiona has trained a diverse group of clients from 5yr olds kid’s right up to 60yr old men and women. She works with her clients to focus on what they want to achieve in the short and long term. Whether that is weight loss, increased mobility, a leaner physique or general fitness she will work with them to accomplish these in a realistic and sustainable way.
Her instructing goal is to teach proper movement mechanics and create broad athletic foundations with clients, no matter what their ability and starting point. Aside from making sure you acheive your goals, Fiona also brings a fun, understanding and friendly environment to HealthSmart. Her business goal and mission statement for her company, is to ensure that every HealthSmart participant starts a healthier new lifestyle, and builds lifelong habits of smart eating, smart exercise and smart healthy thinking.
Dara is a qualified Nutritionist and Dietitian and a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI). She has worked in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics for over 20 years and in 2014 established Morgan Nutrition, a Nutrition and Dietetic Consultancy Service.
When it comes to promoting good nutrition, her philosophy is simple – no fad diets or demonising particular food or food groups required. Instead, she promotes healthy eating choices which don’t scrimp on taste and are sustainable going forward. Despite popular belief, there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach when it comes to providing nutrition advice.

Cian Erraught is a Personal Trainer with a wide ranging fitness background. As an athlete, Cian has played rugby league at a provincial and international level and competes in various combat sports, currently, Mixed Martial Arts.
Cian has experienced many of the trials and tribulations of people who feel they are unable to begin training or feel they are too far past it. Having reached twenty three stone in his early teens, Cian found that with correct and focused training and diet he could completely change his physique. A total of six stone lost has completely changed his life and outlook. It is now Cian’s goal to share this experience with as many people as possible and help them feel the benefit of a healthy lifestyle.
We’ve teamed up with Anthony to create a flexible and dynamic exercise programme that will suit all HealthSmart participants with different levels of fitness.
Anthony has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years both internationally and at home in Ireland. He opened a gym in Australia over 10 years ago. He has managed a successful personal training company since 2004 and is co-owner of Raw condition Gym Dublin.
As well as being a qualified personal trainer and gym owner Anthony holds many qualifications including S.A.Q, Polequin Strength & Conditioning and is a Free Motion Master trainer coach for RIP60 and stages indoor cycling.
Anthony’s passion is helping people achieve their goals through proper guidance, motivation and hard work.
