HIIT of the Week- Tabata Burn

By now you should know we are big fans of Tabata and this Tabata Burn will get your heart racing, your body pumping and the calories burning. What more could you want from a quick 20 minute HIIT workout.

20 Seconds of each movement , 10 seconds rest between. You can alternate between each couplet below but you must to 4 rounds of each movement to make the 4 minutes Tabata x 4 = 20 minute all over body HIIT.

1. Mountain Climbers  & High Knees x 4

2. Push Ups & Skipping  x 4

3.  Squat Jumps & Squat Holds x 4

4. Jumping Jack & Plank hold
