You’ll perform 4 body-weight exercises back to back with little to no rest in between for 1 to 3 sets depending on your time.

  • 1 set = 6 minute
  • 2 sets = 12 minute
  • 3 sets = 18 minute

This workout targets the whole body and you don’t need any equipment:

30 SECOND PLANK HOLD

15 BICYCLE CRUNCHES
