Peak Activities


The Peak Fitness camp will give you the chance to work out, run, trek and mentally challenge yourself in some of the most breath-taking and remote scenery in the tallest Wicklow mountains.  The intensive training schedule has been carefully designed by our team from military, personal training and mountain rescue backgrounds to ensure that you’re challenged all weekend and given handy tips to improve your fitness when you get home.02URBAN1_SPAN-articleLarge

You will be asking your body to do things that you’d never thought possible, and you will be pushing yourself to reach personal goals that you thought were impossible to achieve.

The Peak Fitness Camp  will challenge you not only physically but also mentally, to demonstrate what you are truly capable of, and help you reach your long term goals.  Your legs, lungs, heart and mind will be tried and tested but with our fantastic team and your fellow campers to pull you through you will  achieve things you never thought possible.

Although you will be pushing yourself, the camp is also designed to be fun, empowering and life changing and we will test some key competencies such as:
