Our daily programme is designed to get you the maximum results from your stay with us and we aim to keep every day varied, keeping it fresh, appealing and enjoyable. Exercise classes, activities, nutritional demonstrations, cognitive behavioural sessions and evening events. These will vary depending on the day and length of your stay.

Following a hard days training guests will enjoy a nutritious evening meal and some down time. This will give you the chance to relax, mingle or spend some time on your own reflecting on the day, while enjoying the tranquillity of your surroundings. Depending on the location of your HealthSmart camp, relaxing spa treatments and massages may be on offer as an optional extra so you can treat yourself after a rewarding day. We often provide access to games rooms, movies, quizzes or entertainment for you to enjoy, or you can relax in the homely setting of your self catering house.
Before arriving on your HealthSmart stay you will be asked to fill out a pre-screening questionnaire which will have a number of questions around your current health, lifestyle and fitness levels. Don’t be put off… Men and women of all ages, shapes, experience, and fitness levels attend our camps & will achieve great results. This process is simply to help us develop a suitable exercise programme tailored to your abilities.
Also prior to arriving on camp we will send you a HealthSmart kit which will include information on your stay, location and what you should bring.
For our Weight Loss Camp you will be sent a food diary analysis sheet where you will be asked to keep a record of your typical meals and snacks for up 2 days, which you will submit prior to your arrival. We will analyse it and see where you may be lacking in key nutrients, vitamins, minerals and where your common pitfalls may be. We will then provide you with specific information and feedback on arrival, starting you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle from day one!
On the Weight Loss camp you will have a consultation with the dietician/ trainer who will take your full body composition analysis, to determine your body mass before getting started on the programme. This will be followed up with a 2nd measurement at the end of your stay.
For Peak Fitness Camp you will have a group session with our Sport Nutritionist who will discuss eating in line with your current sport or training, hydration and importance of food as fuel to optimise your performance.
