Throughout your stay, your trainers will monitor your progress and increase or decrease the intensity as required so you get the most out of every session and learn how your body responds to different activities. You will work hard and see immediate results, in a team environment, which is an incredibly rewarding experience.

This sublimely relaxing experience will take you through varying degrees of heat by way of steam and dry air and differences in temperature and humidity to suit every individuals likes and needs.
